Job Description

As a seasoned Project Lead-App Development, you will be responsible for leading our App Development team and overseeing the implementation of scalable solutions using Guidewire Policy Center v10.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable solutions using Guidewire Policy Center v10.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct product modeling reviews and oversee technical design.
  • Stay updated with Guidewire Policy Center v10 features.
  • Uphold best practices in architecture and design.

Technical Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center development.
  • Leadership and post-implementation ownership of Guidewire Policy Center products.
  • 8+ years leading and managing development teams.
  • 10+ years of Java development experience.

General Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at guiding teams to solutions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field is strongly preferred.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to stay up-to-date with industry trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, leading development teams, and providing mentorship to team members.
