Technical Lead for Performance-Driven Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of high-performance solutions, driving technical excellence and innovation across our systems.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end technical architecture, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems. Your expertise in software development practices will enable us to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing IT solutions that meet business requirements.

You will lead the solution and architectural design, configuration, testing, and deployment of complex technical projects. Additionally, you will mentor and provide expert guidance to software developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and sound decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Commissions, Oracle/HANA, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies. Strong knowledge of database management, data integration, and workflow management is essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required.

This position involves:

  • Designing and implementing high-performance technical solutions
  • Leveraging SAP Commissions, Oracle/HANA, and other technologies to drive business growth
  • Mentoring and guiding software developers to ensure technical excellence
  • Owning technical project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving complex problems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive system integration and scalability

Requirements:
