We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Executive to spearhead the day-to-day HR operations. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless HR processes, including onboarding, employee records management, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Experience - 5-6 years
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation, background checks, and exit formalities.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance systems.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
- Assist in audits and prepare necessary HR reports and dashboards.
- Support employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent employee experience.
