Job Title: Backend Systems Architect

The role of a Senior Backend Engineer is pivotal in aligning business and technology inputs. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of large-scale technology initiatives using Java, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis on an AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality software applications through testing, debugging, and maintenance.
  • Implement metrics for diagnostics and performance monitoring to optimize system efficiency.
  • Lead project delivery from analysis to deployment, utilizing expertise in web services standards and related technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in software development with expertise in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MicroServices, and Java/Spring/Hibernate.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented principles including data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and systems architecture.
  • Mentorship experience and proficiency in CI/CD concepts and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Dockers) are beneficial.
