Job Title: SAP QM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

As a seasoned SAP Quality Management (QM) professional, we are seeking an experienced consultant to lead and implement high-impact projects in QM and Production Planning (PP) modules.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in QM and PP, with a proven track record of delivering full life cycle implementations, ECC to S/4 HANA migrations, and system integration projects.

With hands-on experience in implementing, upgrading, rolling out, and integrating systems, the successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in onshore/offshore models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP QM\
• Experience in ECC to S/4 HANA migration and/or implementation projects\
• Strong functional expertise in QM and PP modules, with at least 1-2 full life cycle implementations\
• At least one full implementation experience on SAP S/4 HANA\
• Basic integration knowledge with PP, Materials Management (MM), and Finance & Controlling (FICO) modules\
• Hands-on experience with implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and system integration projects\
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional, client-facing teams in onshore/offshore models\
• Knowledge of shop floor quality processes is a plus\
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills\
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills\
• SAP certification and hands-on exposure to SAP S/4 HANA are desirable\
• Thorough knowledge of traceability reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), QM tables, and shop floor QM integration\
• Deep understanding of configuration and master data management within SAP QM\
• Ability to clearly articulate analysis, design, and build solutions\
• Expertise in master data management related to SAP QM\
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business requirements\
• Excellent communication and presentation skills\
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time\
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite\
