At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Proficient in Azure services with good exposure towards cloud-based data solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a strong focus on data-driven insights.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in SQL, particularly well-versed in analytical features and capabilities.
  • Experience with Big Data/Analytics platforms/languages such as Hive, Spark, and Python/R.
  • Expertise in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau or other Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on approach to getting things done efficiently and effectively without continuous guidance.
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources.
  • Define metrics that tie back to business performance and initiatives.
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns to attribute key business drivers.
  • Directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using databases and reporting tools, mapping to business requirements.
  • Provide actionable insights to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance.
