Job Summary:

A Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee the quality management system to ensure seamless product manufacturing with minimal manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain a robust quality management system across all processes and products.
  • Lead a team of 30-35 employees/inspectors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct process monitoring and system implementation to guarantee quality product manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement quality plans, including inspection test plans and special requirement charts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as American Standards (API, ANSI, ASME), British Standards, and Indian Standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party inspectors to ensure quality product delivery.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and expediting activities to ensure quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement quality plans.
  • Familiarity with welding processes and ability to create WPS, PQR, and WPQ documents.
  • Knowledge of TQM, Kaizen, Kizuki, and 5S processes and implementation.
  • Effective use of 7 QC tools, including Fish Bone Diagram and Bar Chart.
  • Good knowledge of special processes, such as Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating (FBE) and Inconel Cladding (IC).
