Quality Assurance Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our APP/H5/Web/server projects through comprehensive testing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues, while continuously improving our QA processes and tooling.

About the Job

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our applications meet the required standards of quality, functionality, and usability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of our APP/H5/Web/server projects
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Design and develop test cases to validate complex business functions
  • Maintain high testing standards and continually improve our QA processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of software testing experience, with rich experience in App and Web testing
  • Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including Black-box testing (functional, UI/UX, regression), Gray-box testing (integration, system), Smoke and sanity testing, Acceptance testing, Exploratory testing
  • Experience with test case development, execution, and reporting
  • Knowledge of defect lifecycle management and bug tracking systems
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: PHP, Python, Java, or Go
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and database systems, including familiarity with Redis and MongoDB
