Senior Performance Testing Engineer

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Performance Testing Engineer to join our team.
  • As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive performance testing strategies using industry-leading tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, and Gatling.
  • Additionally, you will monitor system metrics and perform root cause analysis using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Solaris Monitoring Templates.
  • Another key responsibility is developing automated performance test scripts and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Maven.
  • Collaboration with developers, architects, and business analysts is crucial in clarifying specifications, identifying risks, and aligning on performance goals.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of test results, including method-level log and frontend performance, documenting findings, and presenting performance reports to stakeholders is also a critical component of this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Java, Python, and Shell.
  • Experience working with databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, such as Selenium, Tosca, JUnit, and Cucumber.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing types, including Component, Load, Endurance, Stress Spike, Volume, and Failover testing.
