Job Description

The Guest Services Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests. This involves greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and ensuring timely service while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Welcome and Reservation Management
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate with the kitchen and service teams, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining cleanliness of dining and service areas.
  • Handle billing, process payments, and address guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Support team members and work collaboratively to create a seamless and pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Uphold health, safety, and restaurant operational standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Strong communication, inter-personal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
