About Integration and IT Solutions:

The Workday Integration team is responsible for integrating various systems and applications with Workday, a leading enterprise software solution.

Key responsibilities include analysis, design, optimization of information technology and systems functions supporting business processes and technical information systems platforms. Tasks involve selecting and modifying enterprise systems, application software, and network hardware/software as well as managing database systems.

  • Determine resources needed to meet goals and deliver tactical results, providing guidance to subordinates within established policies.
  • Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures affecting immediate organization(s).
  • Work on assignments of diverse scope where problem solving requires analyzing data and relevant factors.
  • Frequently interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition programs, systems, and processes as well as experience working with HR leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key requirements include familiarity with Project Management Methodologies, ability to think critically and creatively in developing solutions to challenges, and strong attention to detail with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to perform well in a fast-paced environment and may have experience in related fields.
