Structural Engineer Job

This is a critical role for Senior Structural Engineers with substantial experience and qualifications in Civil Engineering.

  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with a B.Tech in Civil and M.Tech in Structure.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and integrate processes and procedures.

  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion within given timeframes.
  • Work effectively with clients and design engineers to produce innovative designs.
  • Ensure efficient staff training initiatives and conduct timely performance reviews.
  • Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs.
Required Skills:

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.

  • Ability to work independently on projects and manage teams.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software would be beneficial.

  • Familiarity with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings.
  • Structural design license would be advantageous.
