Structural Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Civil Engineer to lead our industrial civil foundation and steel structure design projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structural design, project execution, and compliance with industry codes and standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of industrial civil foundations and steel structures. This includes preparing structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze structural components for industrial civil foundations and steel structures.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings and models.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Review and approve design calculations, models, and construction documents.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
  • Perform feasibility studies and cost estimations for structural projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, AISC, Eurocodes, or other international standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
