The Campus Leader drives student experience from academics to activities, managing initiatives and collaborating across departments for clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead campus strategy and identify obstacles to create a thriving learning environment.
  • Manage cross-functional teams at campus, coordinating initiatives with the central program team.
  • Work closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes.
  • Setup processes to improve engagement levels and performance of students through pedagogy, content, and class delivery.
  • Manage campus-level marketing and branding.
  • Partner with industries for internship and placement outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with prior software development experience preferred.
  • Goal-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Balance between long-term process setup and short-term goal achievement.
  • Empathy towards students and desire for aspirational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
