  • Key Objectives:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives, including creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting our design lead with client briefs.
  • Manage social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis), staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Identify and fill content gaps, always keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Cross-check facts and deliver final work for client-side content management.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with internal teams and freelancers to meet deadlines and ensure quality content production.

Requirements:

  • Experience writing engaging threads or short-form social content.
  • A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different brand voices and tones while maintaining authenticity.
