Job Title: Video Content Creator
We are seeking a highly creative and self-driven individual to own the ideation, scripting, and production of engaging YouTube content. As a key member of our digital content team, you will work closely with writers, editors, designers, and the strategy team to create content that builds viewership and subscriber growth.
The successful candidate will have strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills, a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology, as well as hands-on experience with video production tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original video concepts tailored to the brand's niche and audience.
- Craft compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment.
- Lead end-to-end video production, including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
- Coordinate with collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.
- Optimize videos for YouTube through titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Track video metrics and retention analytics to inform future content decisions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
- Hands-on experience with video production is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
