Senior Therapist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and communication disorders in children.

The ideal candidate will possess an extensive understanding of child development, therapy planning, and effective communication with parents and team members.

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech and communication disorders utilizing standardized tools and assessments.
  • Administer relevant tests and evaluation tools to inform treatment plans.
  • Publish detailed assessment reports for each child in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized intervention strategies and monthly progress plans.
  • Review and revise goals regularly based on each child's improvement.
  • Maintain consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong clinical training are also welcome to apply.
