As a Real Estate Accountant, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and preparing reports. You will ensure compliance with taxation laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation is crucial.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and records is essential.
  • Handling taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance, requires attention to detail.
  • Assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects is vital.
  • Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and internal teams is necessary.
  • Supporting management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting is required, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance is necessary.
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas is required.
  • A Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university is essential.
  • Additional certifications in accounting/finance are an advantage.
  • A solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively is necessary.
