Lead Financial Planning Role

This position is responsible for driving the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely submissions and audit compliance across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and finalization of annual financial statements in accordance with Ind-AS & IGAAP guidelines
  • Consolidation of Annual Financial Statements to provide a comprehensive view of the organization's financial health
  • Quarterly filings of audited financials on stock exchanges for debt-listed entities to maintain transparency and regulatory compliance
  • Overseeing Direct Taxation including advance tax, preparation and filing of tax returns, and responding to enquiries/scrutiny notices to minimize tax liabilities
  • Ensuring compliances and reporting to RBI under CIC Regulations to maintain a strong regulatory posture
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and submission of APR and FLA to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Reviewing and strengthening internal controls and systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Establishing controls to prevent cost overruns and protect company assets through effective risk management
  • Managing matters related to promoters and their family members to maintain a positive stakeholder relationship
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience, including part-time work with a family office, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial results
  • Proven expertise in direct tax, accounting, and Ind AS, FEMA, financial planning, corporate structuring, and other relevant areas to drive business growth
  • Quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent analytical skills to navigate complex financial issues
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
