About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Leader to lead and grow a team of product managers designing and developing innovative AI powered features. As a PM manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Leadership - Collaborate with the team to create a clear vision towards the mission of making Windows the most inclusive operating system in the world.
  • Strategic Leadership – Develop a business strategy to grow Windows engagement and brand love among the disability community, based on data-driven decision making.
  • Team Leadership - Lead, manage, develop, and inspire a talented and diverse team of product managers.
  • Partner with Engineering, User Design, and Research - Work closely with the quad leadership to deliver the right experiences and take end-to-end accountability for business objectives and key results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, or relevant experience demonstrating readiness to step up into a people management role.
  • A track record of building high-functioning teams, including recruiting and retaining diverse talent.
  • Proven competency in product leadership, organizational agility, cross-team and company collaboration, drive for results, and written and verbal communications.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
  • 10+ years of related product management experience.
  • Ability to think holistically and strategically, leveraging understanding of execution rhythm to operate at a high level.
  • Able to conduct insightful, multi-faceted conversations with senior product and technical decision makers.
  • Experienced collaborator able to work effectively across broad teams and influence stakeholders of all levels and disciplines.
