Job Title: Technical Director of Gameplay Development

The position involves collaborating with designers and artists to create complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine.

You will work closely with the technical team to solve technical challenges, optimize performance, and improve the overall quality of the game.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine.
  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gameplay mechanics, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Game Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Shipped at least one title on PC, console, or mobile platforms using Unreal Engine.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
