**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced 2D Artist to join our team. As a 2D Artist, you will be responsible for designing and illustrating 2D characters tailored for mobile gaming platforms.

You will also develop visually engaging 2D backgrounds, props, clothing, and additional game art assets. Your role will involve adhering to a structured production pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient creation of production-ready art.

Export and assemble final assets from source files, following technical guidelines and file specifications. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and artistic workflows.

Maintain consistency by matching existing art styles and accurately identifying differences across visual styles. Integrate and test assets in Unity to ensure seamless in-game performance.

Regularly play our games to assess aesthetics, user experience, and gameplay flow. Offer clear, actionable feedback on visual and gameplay enhancements based on playtesting.


**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • 3+ years of experience in the gaming or animation industry with a strong focus on mobile game development.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with advanced 2D character illustration skills.
  • Experience in creating 2D characters, backgrounds, props, clothing, and other visual assets for mobile games.
  • Able to follow and contribute to a structured production pipeline, ensuring efficient and technically accurate asset delivery.
  • Skilled in exporting and assembling images from art files according to defined technical parameters and protocols.
  • Quick to learn and apply new technical skills, tools, and workflows.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a solid foundation in graphic design principles.
