">Job Description Overview

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Administration professional to join our team as a Senior SAP Solutions Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, and tools to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discussions with customers to develop solution roadmaps and provide comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.
  • Analyze and implement SAP support methodology, offer expert advice on SAP S/4HANA-related migration paths and tools, and ensure stable operations.
  • Support customers on technical queries and requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services scope of engagement.
  • Identify top issues, define action plans, and drive resolution processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and coordinate delivery and projects as a team lead in a heterogeneous environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of SAP Technical Administration experience, preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill.
  • Strong background in SAP Solutions, SAP technology and products, and cloud technology.
  • Excellent customer focus, networking relationship building, results-driven decision-making skills.
  • Good knowledge of S/4HANA architectures and S/4HANA-related migration paths and tools.
  • Solid understanding and experience in SAP HANA, experience in Technical Architecture Implementation Change Management.
  • Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, and configuration.
  • Expertise across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies.
