Role Overview:

This detail-oriented and process-driven professional plays a key part in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, supporting audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, and ensure timely closure of all identified deficiencies.
  • Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings, ensuring they are carried out with precision and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control of forms and formats.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to implement and monitor quality standards.
  • Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with accreditation teams.
  • Support hospital-wide quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Graduate degree along with MBA/MHA or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of experience in quality management, preferably within a healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
  • Willingness to relocate.
