Identity Engineer

This role is responsible for designing and implementing Identity solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, and maintain identity configurations.
  • Develop and automate pipelines to deploy configurations across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols.
  • Author secure, maintainable code using Java, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for logic.
  • Monitor and support identity environments with incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in Identity & Access Management, with hands-on experience building and operating identity solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, JavaScript), and integration with directory services and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience working within large-scale financial services or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery pipelines and culture of automation and quality.
  • Relevant identity certifications.
  • Understanding of career pathways enabling cross-discipline mobility and seniority clarity.
