Enterprise Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have 9–10 years of experience in designing and delivering cloud-native infrastructure using container technologies, real-time data streaming, DevOps practices, and performance optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing container-based architectures using OpenShift, Kafka, and microservices.
  • Leading migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Ensuring system performance, high availability, and security across enterprise platforms.
  • Taking ownership of end-to-end architecture and DevOps integration, including CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Driving compliance, governance, and best practices in deployment and release processes.
  • Mentoring development teams on performance tuning, observability, and sustainable coding strategies.
  • Collaborating with product managers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Evaluating and implementing tools for monitoring, alerting, and logging to improve operational visibility and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing scalable and secure solutions using OpenShift.
  • Hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong background in containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Experience leading container migrations, optimizing system performance, security, and availability.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD automation, with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC), continuous monitoring, and automated deployments.
  • Strong mentoring skills and experience coaching teams on observability, tuning, and architectural best practices.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Knowledge of microservices and event-driven design patterns.
  • Hands-on with monitoring tools Grafana, ELK Stack.
  • Experience implementing security best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certification in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Cloud platforms is a plus.
