Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop visually stunning and user-centric designs that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, promoting their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Masters or Specialization in Design Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, design leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
