We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Accounting Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad and Mumbai.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both investment and general ledger accounting, as well as a strong understanding of consolidated concepts and private equity accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate investment accounting and support staff with complex entries and reconciliations.
  • Have experience in US accounting with a focus on general ledger accounting, investment accounting, and consolidated accounting concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in US accounting.
  • General ledger accounting.
  • Investment accounting platforms such as Sage, QBO, Geneva, Investran.
  • Consolidated accounting concepts including eliminating entries.
  • Private equity accounting.
  • Wealth enterprise accounting including entity cost allocation.
  • Trust & foundation accounting.
  • Basic tax treatments.
  • Diverse experience in investment and personal accounting, especially for family enterprises.
  • Experience in a reviewer role and staff/project management.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with both investment performance platforms and accounting systems.
  • Proven track record in investment accounting for family offices or similar environments.
  • Ability to train and support staff on complex accounting entries and reconciliations.
