About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to oversee our financial operations and ensure statutory compliance.

  • Financial Management & Reporting:
  • Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
  • Regulatory & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
  • Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
  • Oversee timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Strategic Support:
  • Assist management in financial planning and capital structuring.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization and profitability improvement.
  • Team & Process Management:
  • Supervise junior finance staff and ensure accuracy in accounting processes.
  • Implement process improvements and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and regulatory compliance within the NBFC or financial services sector.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
