About Our Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Accounts Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make cold calls or reach out to prospects to identify potential clients
  • Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are being met
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Compile and analyze data to find trends
  • Develop sales strategies and set quotas
  • Maintain a database of contact information
  • Build long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Handle complaints and negotiations
