Job Description

As a key contributor to the founding team, you will work closely with the founder on strategy, operations, and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver high-quality fitness programs for clients while fostering strong relationships that drive results and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Development: Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' needs, focusing on their goals and progress.
  2. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, feedback, and coaching.
  3. Operations Support: Collaborate with the founder on operational tasks, providing input and guidance to support the company's growth and scalability.
