Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of a team and facilitating communication across multiple stakeholders to resolve any potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.
- Managing day-to-day operations, continuously identifying opportunities to improve team performance and implementing associated change management.
- Developing and referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and achieve business results.
- Identifying business trends and making informed decisions based on data.
- Communicating with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Escalating problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and following through on resolutions.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of logistics principles and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. They should also be able to identify process improvements and drive them through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
- Communication: Foster open and transparent communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and escalate potential issues, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze processes and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
