Job Overview:

BB Works is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to oversee SAP projects within the product engineering division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to project agreements and manage project delivery within agreed financial constraints.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align project goals and expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project outcomes. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Proactively monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently. Prepare financial reports and forecasts to track project expenditures against the fixed-price model.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for project management and engineering processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct regular project reviews and post-mortems to capture lessons learned and drive future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Multiple (at least 2) S/4 HANA implementation experience
  • 2-3 Conversion/Migration experience (Brownfield and Bluefield)
  • Solid understanding of SAP roadmap, RISE, GROW, BTP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage vendors (Big 5)
  • Ability to capture issues, risks, and standard 1:1 PM skills
  • Ability to take steering committee and stand up to work with a CXO-level stakeholder and instill trust and delivery confidence
