We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing professional to drive demand for e-commerce in retail markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies that optimize product placement across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop on-app merchandising plans to improve home, category, search, and cart visibility.
  • Promote traffic to high-intent entry points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize friction and maximize demand.
  • Analyze customer behavior and design data-driven strategies to identify repeat drivers and implement retention nudges.
  • Conduct A/B testing of visual elements, copy, and triggers to ensure optimal performance, using holdouts and scaling proven solutions.
  • Launch promotional offers with sound economics, such as cart thresholds, bundles, trials, and recovery plays, within established guidelines.
  • Maintain structured growth through regular cadence diagnosis, opportunity sizing, testing, readout, and scaling.

As a senior Growth Marketing lead, you will own the outcomes of your team and work closely with Product, Category, Operations, and Design teams to drive results. Your effective performance will be measured by key metrics including orders, gross turnover value, conversion rate, repeat business, average order value, cohort retention, incremental lift, promo ROI, opt-out rate, fill rate, confirmation SLA, and recovery orders.
