We are seeking a skilled Textile Designer to join our in-house design team.
- Develop innovative designs that meet the demands of the retail market.
- Translate global and domestic trends into commercial designs.
- Collaborate with merchandising and sourcing teams to align design output with product planning.
- Maintain quality control throughout the sampling and final production process.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to drive design innovation.
- Create mood boards, color palettes, CADs, and print repeats for presentations.
- Contribute to seasonal collection planning and visual merchandising strategies.
Required Skills:
- 1.5 – 2 years of experience in textile/print design, preferably in an export house.
- Expertise in bedsheet design and familiarity with both soft and hard furnishings.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail, color, and composition.
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Degree in Textile/Fashion Design from a reputable institution (preferred).
