The Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and implement Workday configurations to meet client needs
  2. Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal stakeholders
  3. Provide expert-level support to clients and internal stakeholders on Workday configurations
  4. Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Workday configuration and analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
