As a strategic leader, you will play a key role in aligning our efforts to meet customer needs. Your responsibility will be to work closely with senior team members to plan, organize, and coordinate projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop project plans, execute tasks, and achieve project goals.
  • Manage meetings, document interactions, and maintain action items and next steps.
  • Demonstrate diligence in follow-up and follow-through to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Create, update, and present project plans to stakeholders.
  • Organize workload to achieve positive outcomes and encourage the use of agile work management processes.
  • Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly sprints for assigned teams.
  • Help team members prioritize their workload and maintain a healthy team by empowering, motivating, and building trust.
  • Set clear goals for team members and present weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strong control over work management processes to adapt and course-correct with agility.
  • Identify improvement areas, plan, and execute improvement items to enhance process efficiency.
  • Summarize complex problems for senior stakeholders and prepare for status meetings and governance sessions.
  • Coordinate triage sessions with customers and partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Guide teams technically and communicate proactively with customers and internal team members to deliver business value.
  • Coach, guide, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop a knowledge base for the team to refer to and enrich continuously.
  • Lead by example and drive results-oriented performance.
