Lead Creative Designer

This is a unique opportunity to work with an experienced team as a Lead Creative Designer. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional who can take ownership of creative projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to execute ideas independently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and produce high-quality artwork across various formats.
  2. Project Execution: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion according to established deadlines.
  3. Concept Development: Independently plan and develop innovative concepts by analyzing industry competitors and brand guidelines.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet quality standards and partner guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in an agency or startup setting.
  • Proficient in online and print design, as well as video tools such as Canva and Figma.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with AI integration is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to interact with diverse professionals.
  • Strong project management skills.
