Job Description

As a Creative Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of any project. This key member of the team is responsible for day-to-day project management and execution within a specific vertical.

The role involves coordinating and executing daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in production and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and creative standards.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management: Coordinate and execute daily production activities.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with all due processes.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams.
  • Risk Monitoring: Identify potential delays or issues early.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and technical knowledge of production workflows. The ideal candidate should be adaptable in dynamic settings and possess a collaborative mindset.

Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in production, with exposure to project management in creative or agency environments is required. Familiarity with BFSI or Non-BFSI sectors is a plus.
