Product Growth Specialist

About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs to track the performance of our products.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Python (highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
