Senior Financial Leader Job

The organization seeks a seasoned Financial Director to lead its financial management strategy. This includes developing and implementing financial plans, managing budgets, forecasting cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

This role requires an experienced Finance Professional who can build and lead high-performing finance teams across multiple locations. Collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies is essential.

The successful candidate will oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks. They will also provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversight of tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Providing financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in M&A and international finance operations will be an advantage.
