We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, handling payroll, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing teams and leading projects. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Knowledge of investment banking and financial markets.
