We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our HR team in handling administrative tasks.

Job Summary:

This role involves primary responsibility for maintaining accurate records, managing employee timesheets, and coordinating with team leads/managers for approval and follow-up on discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of employee timesheets.
  • Coordinate with team leads/managers for approval and follow-up on discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Follow up with employees for document submissions, pending timesheets, or HR-related information.
  • Liaise with different departments for coordination.
  • Provide administrative support, including record maintenance, preparing reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding formalities and maintain inventory of supplies and forms.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, or training sessions.

Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
