About Infinity Learn

Infinity Learn, a leading digital learning platform, is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and manage multiple high-impact programs across various business units. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for strategic oversight, meticulous planning, and effective execution to ensure that all program goals are met within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Planning and Strategy
    • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
    • Align program goals with organizational strategy and ensure that all initiatives contribute to the company's long-term objectives.
  • Program Execution and Delivery
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of programs, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan.
    • Monitor program progress, track key milestones, and manage any changes to the scope, schedule, or budget.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of program tasks, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, both internally and externally.
    • Facilitate regular status updates, meetings, and reports to keep stakeholders informed of program progress, risks, and issues.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that program outcomes align with their needs and requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers and team members involved in the program.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Lead the professional development of team members, providing opportunities for learning and growth.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
    • Monitor program expenditures and ensure that costs are controlled and aligned with budgetary constraints.
    • Report on financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success.
    • Conduct regular program reviews and post-implementation assessments to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present detailed program reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
