Senior Full Stack Developer with .NET Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead to join our team at Synechron, a global consulting firm that specializes in digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET full stack applications that provide an exceptional user experience and meet the functional requirements of our software solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining .NET full stack applications, including user interface components, business logic, and data access layers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the usability, performance, and scalability of the applications.
  • Implementing best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development using .NET framework and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).
  • Proficiency in C# programming language and familiarity with .NET Core is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
  • Experience in developing rich, interactive user interfaces using XAML, MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) pattern, and related UI technologies.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Entity Framework, or other ORM frameworks.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
