Chief Tender Specialist

About the position: As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire tendering process from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying suitable tenders, crafting comprehensive proposals, and ensuring timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor online and offline tender portals for relevant opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) and evaluate business viability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial bid documents in compliance with tender requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders via online platforms or physical means.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all tender submissions and associated documentation.
- Ensure pre-qualification criteria, certifications, and registrations are current.
- Manage post-submission documentation, including clarifications, addendums, and contract signing processes.
- Negotiate with government departments and private clients for tender follow-ups, clarifications, and negotiations.
- Foster strong relationships with tender authorities and channel partners.
- Provide regular reports to management on tender progress, status, and outcomes.
- Suggest process enhancements and best practices to improve bid success.
