Global Medical Concierge Platform Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our global team as a Medical Concierge Platform Executive.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer service, with a strong background in international calling.
Responsibilities include making outbound and attending inbound calls from international patients, understanding patient needs, and sharing information about doctors, hospitals, procedures, and next steps.
The selected individual will work closely with internal teams to align on timelines, documents, and treatment journeys.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of BPO or customer service experience with international calling
- Strong fluency in English with a natural accent
- Empathetic communication and ability to handle sensitive medical conversations
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM or calling tools
- Comfortable with flexible shifts and target-based calling
