Learning Manager Job Description

As a Learning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of training programs that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods. They will also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with leaders across Asia to identify learning needs, and align training initiatives with business goals.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop comprehensive training programs, learning journeys, and blended learning solutions that meet learning needs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external training partners to ensure high-quality training standards.
  • Training Evaluation: Establish metrics to assess training program effectiveness, gather feedback, and provide insight for continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Develop pre- and post-learning communication with participants, and publish learning program updates.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on soft skills and leadership skills.

As a Learning Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients. You will also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and tools to create engaging and effective training experiences.
