About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Platform Lead to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our DevSecOps platform, ensuring the security and reliability of our cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of our DevSecOps platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive security strategy, including threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Implement and maintain a robust DevSecOps pipeline, ensuring seamless integration with our cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement secure DevSecOps practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, making recommendations for improvements to our DevSecOps platform.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in DevSecOps, software development, and cloud-native technologies.
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture and implementation of software delivery platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership and management, with a proven track record of success.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, client engagement, and pre-sales activities.
  • 5+ years of experience in attracting and growing diverse talent pools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation and influence ability.
  • Strategy and implementation of modern software delivery life cycle, continuous delivery and quality, infrastructure, configuration, pipeline, and policy as code, infrastructure and software security, site reliability, cloud and software migration and modernization, agile development.
  • Preferred or comparable languages, scripts, DSLs: Python, GO, TypeScript, HCL, HEML, REGO, CDKs, Bash.
