Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, develop and implement operational policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows across departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Delegation: Skill in assigning tasks effectively to team members.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, and other relevant software tools.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Verbal English communications
